Question no.1 (ask on 24/06/2019) : Hello, I changed my computer, and since I can not connect my two CA8332B and CA8334B devices to the software, the two devices are not recognized on the computer. I am using a RS232 optical cord DB9F (supplied with the device) and a RS232 adapter - USB HX0055 under Windows 10. Do you have a solution for me?

It is indeed a driver compatibility problem of the HX0055 adapter and the operating system Windows 10, so I advise you to connect directly via an RS232 connection, or to order the replacement of the HX0055 adapter, with the reference HX0055B, and which solves this problem.
