The CA 773 is an essential tool for electricians for verifying the absence of voltage (VAT) before working on any electrical installation connected to the mains.


Compliant with IEC 61243-3, the CA 773 DDT/VAT can be used on any installation rated at less than 1000 V CAT IV for indoor and outdoor use.


To meet the regulatory requirements of certain countries, the detector is available in two versions, with or without IP2X test probes.


The CA 773 has a backlit digital display, in addition to LEDs, for viewing measurement results.


The CA 773's comprehensive self-test checks the electrical circuits, power supply, displays and that the measuring cables are in good condition.
It has a redundant safety system in case of power supply faults; the "ELV LED" flashes as soon as the voltage exceeds 50 VAC / 120 VDC.


Convenient, simple and fast, phase rotation is achieved by a 2-wire microprocessor system.


The audible and visual continuity complies with the recommendations of Annex B of the standard.


The differential protection trigger (DDR) is secured by a dual control system; both hands are required to press the buttons simultaneously.

Phantom voltage detection and single-phase detection are also available.


The test probes are removable.
The 753 AC measurement accessory (optional) allows quick and easy testing of 2P+E sockets to European (EU) standard type E (Germany) and type F (France).
