An essential tool for electricians to check that there is no voltage (VAT) before working on any electrical installation connected to the mains.


Compliant with IEC 61243-3, the DDT/VAT CA 771 can be used on any installation rated at less than 1000 V CAT IV.
It is IP65-rated and offers an extended climate class (type S) for indoor and outdoor use, even in extreme conditions.

To meet the regulatory requirements of certain countries, the detector is available in two versions, with or without IP2X test probes.
The CA 771 has a redundant safety system in case of power failure; the "ELV LED" flashes as soon as the voltage exceeds 50 VAC / 120 VDC.


The differential protection trigger (DDR) is secured by a dual control system; both hands are required to press the buttons simultaneously.


The CA 771's built-in self-test checks the electrical circuits, power supply, displays and that the measuring cables are in good condition.


Convenient, simple and fast, phase rotation is performed by a 2-wire microprocessor system.


The audible and visual continuity complies with the recommendations of Annex B of the standard.

Phantom voltage detection and unipolar phase detection are also available.


The test probes are removable.
The 753 AC measurement accessory (optional) allows quick and easy testing of 2P+E sockets to European (EU) standard type E (Germany) and type F (France).
