There are several ways to carry out the update:

  • Copy the ‘Q2-update’ update file from the compressed file you downloaded onto a USB stick and insert it into the device’s port.
  • Copy the ‘Q2-update’ file that you have downloaded onto an SD card and insert it into the device’s port.
  • Switch the device off, then switch it back on in the specific firmware update mode. See the user manual, section 3.3.6
