To update your product:

Once you have downloaded the .bin file from our website, hold down the MEM button and then switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button. The device will display ‘BOOT’.
Release the buttons and the device will display ‘COPY’, indicating that it is ready to receive the new software.
Connect the device to your PC using the USB cable supplied.
Copy the .bin file onto the device, as you would with a USB stick.
Once the copy is complete, press the MEM button and the device will display ‘LOAD’, indicating that the software is being installed.
When the installation is complete, the device will display ‘PASS’ or ‘FAIL’ depending on whether it was successful or not. If it fails, download the software again and repeat the procedure.
The device will then restart normally.
