Power and energy loggers or analyzers installed on the various electrical circuits downstream of the meter make it possible—without interrupting the facility’s operation—to measure the consumption of each circuit, establish the load profile, and identify key areas for improvement.
Other data loggers can supplement these measurements by monitoring voltages, currents, temperatures, and process signals in real time. Analyzing this data provides a better understanding of energy consumption and allows for verification of the effectiveness of measures implemented to improve energy performance.
