A differential probe for oscilloscopes is used to measure and visualise "floating" signals, i.e. the voltage difference between two points without either of them being connected to earth or referenced to earth.


Compared to a conventional probe (connected to ground), it prevents short circuits and limits measurement errors with weak signals or high common mode.


The MTX 1032 series of differential probes consists of two models:

MTX 1032-C:

MTX 1032-B:

• Bandwidth: 30 MHz
• Compliance up to 600 V CAT III
• Use of Ø 4 mm insulated "banana" safety cables
