5000 V digital insulation tester
In its site-proof casing, the CA 6549 insulation tester offers quantitative and qualitative insulation analysis on a large backlit graphic screen.
Functions and specifications:
- measurement range: 10 kΩ to 10 TΩ
- 4 fixed test voltages: 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 and 5,000V
- adjustable test voltage position: 40 to 5,100V in 10V or 100V increments
- step voltage mode: R(Utest) measurement curve viewed on the screen and gradient calculated automatically in ppm/V
- DAR, PI and DD quality ratios calculated automatically
- programmable test length and R(t) measurement curve displayed directly on the screen
- after measurement with indication of measurement temperature, resistance recalculated at reference temperature for reliable and accurate insulation monitoring

The Megohmmeter Transfer software allows you to control the CA 6543, CA 6547, CA 6549, CA 6550 and CA 6555 megohmmeters, as well as the CA 6526, CA 6532, CA 6534 and CA 6536 models.
Megohmmeter Transfer is a tool that allows you to:
- Configure the instruments,
- Download and view data stored in memory, and save it (creating an *.icp file),
- Take instantaneous readings,
- Export this measurement data to DATAVIEW (*.dvb files) or to an Excel spreadsheet (*.csv or *.xls files).
