Designed and developed for ease of use, the CA 1954 thermal camera is suitable for all applications in the building and industrial maintenance sectors:
- Energy efficiency: detection of thermal bridges, air infiltration, presence of moisture, etc;
- Electrical maintenance: detection of faulty contacts and imbalances;
- Mechanical maintenance: detection of wear and tear, engine overheating, lubrication problems, etc.
It has been designed to be easy to use, with direct access to all functions. Balanced, the CA 1954 does not move even when standing on a table. The display is on a large 2.8-inch screen with automatic brightness control. The field of view (38°x28°) has a free focus, so the image remains sharp at any distance. Context-sensitive aids guide the user to minimise the risk of errors. The CA 1954 lets you record voice comments directly onto the image. The lens cover is integrated into the camera, so there's no need to worry about losing or damaging the lens.
The CA 1954 is a communicating camera that simultaneously retrieves the necessary measurements (current, temperature, humidity, dew point, etc.) from current clamps and environmental measurement products via Bluetooth.
CAmReport, the software for analysing thermograms, enables detailed analysis using a number of tools: cursors (automatic display of temperature at the chosen point); thermal profile (automatic display of Min/Max/Avg line temperatures); a square or circle for analysis by zone. CAmReport can also be used to create automatic reports using a range of available templates. These can be exported in Word or PDF format. This simplifies editing and archiving.

The CAmReport AI software features a very simple user interface that allows you to:
> Analyse thermograms using the following tools:
- Sliders (automatic display of the temperature at the selected point).
- Thermal profile (automatic display of the minimum, maximum and average temperatures along the line).
- A square or circle for zone-by-zone analysis.
- Polygons and polylines to analyse specific areas of the thermogram more precisely.
- Results tables automatically and quickly display all the information and analysis tools for the thermogram.
> Retrieval of voice comments or connected measurements.
> Automatic merging of thermal and real-world images recorded simultaneously.
> The AI assistant analyses the equipment and automatically populates observations and recommendations for your image, saving you valuable time.

Installation
To update your camera, you must download the file “ca1954_update_v01.09.tar” and extract it onto your computer.
Copy the file “CA1954_update_v01.09.tar.gz” as it is to the root directory of the camera’s SD card without renaming it.
When the camera starts up, the file will be detected and a prompt to update will appear.
Authorise the update and follow the instructions.
Make sure the battery level is sufficient for the update (approximate duration: 1 minute)
