Equipped with a large backlit display, the CA 1227 has all the functions needed for measuring air velocity and flow in the field, with Min, Max, Average, MAP and Hold functions, as well as extensive recording options. With the cones available as accessories, it is possible to take flow measurements directly. The Data Logger Transfer software can be downloaded free of charge to view saved data, configure the CA 1227, access a remote display and generate automatic reports.

Allows you to install the latest version of the Bluetooth module in the device.
CAUTION : The firmware version v4.28 must be installed on the device before this update.
In order to update the Bluetooth module, you have to follow the procedure as below :
- Download and unzip the file bt122_xxxx.zip and copy BT122_xxxx.bin into the device.
- Switch on the device and press Bluetooth button.
- Wait for one minute for the PASS/FAIL message.
- If PASS message appeared, the file BT122_xxxx.bin will be renamed as BT122_FW.bin and will have to remain on the device.
- The Bluetooth module is updated.
To update your product, please first check your firmware version by holding down the following two buttons: the centre button and the MEM/REC button.
If your product has a 4.xx version, please download the firmware corresponding to the 4.xx series.
To update your product:
- Once you have downloaded the .bin file from our website that matches your product’s model number, hold down the MEM button and then switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button. The device will display “BOOT”.
- Release the buttons and the device will display “COPY”, indicating that it is ready to receive the new firmware.
- Connect the device to your PC using the USB cable supplied.
- Copy the .bin file onto the device, as you would with a USB stick.
- Once the copy is complete, press the MEM button: the device will display “LOAD”, indicating that the firmware is being installed.
- When the installation is complete, the device will display “PASS” or “FAIL” depending on whether it was successful or not. If it fails, download the firmware again and repeat the procedure.
- The device will then restart normally.
PLEASE NOTE: After updating the firmware, you will need to update the Bluetooth module.

The Data Logger Transfer software is a tool that enables you to:
- Configure the devices,
- Download and view data stored in memory,
- Take instant readings,
- Display data in the form of tables or graphs,
- Generate automatic reports in Word .docx format,
- Export this measurement data to DataView (*.dvb files) or to a spreadsheet.
