For certain data-monitoring software, such as DataViewer, you must register in order to download updates or library files.
You will be asked to provide the series number of the software (not to be confused with the warranty number). In the case of less recent software, the series number may not be indicated, in which case you should contact your Technical Assistance, who will provide you with a number enabling you to download updates.
During registration, you will also be asked to specify the place and date of purchase and, where required, a list of Chauvin Arnoux instruments for which the software is intended.
Certain software, such as DataViewer, also authorises automatic registration upon installation or during use. When available, these options can be found in the Help menu.
For other software, it is not necessary for you to register to obtain access to updates.
